Korwin is the founder of Educational Enrichment Services LLC, an author, and speaker helping K-12 educators build emotionally intelligent, resilient communities. Korwin provides professional development for educators using evidence-based strategies and perspective - based activities.

Leveraging his certification as an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, "Control Yourself - Using Logic to Balance Emotions in the Educational Setting," is one of his most powerful presentations and tools he uses to help educators. As a certified Crisis Intervention Strategist who has reduced discipline rates in schools by 43%, he offers training in verbal de-escalation with his "Compliance vs Cooperation" presentation. In addition, Korwin provides professional development and motivational speaking for events with his powerful messages of perseverance and battling burnout with his presentation "Roads to Success."
